Mister Motley

Alex de Vries has written a story of my life as an artist in the online art-magazine Mister Motley (in Dutch). 

 

Alex de Vries  was co-founder and editor of Metropolis M., a  leading dutch magazine on contemporary art.  

 

 

More about Alex de Vries: He was founder and editor-in-chief of the quarterly magazine ‘De Kunsten’. From 1997 until 2001 he was director of the Academy of Art and Design in ’s‑Hertogenbosch. Then, in cooperation with graphic designer Jan Willem den Hartog, he started his own business as an author, curator and consultant in their office for communication in art and culture Stern / Den Hartog & De Vries. He has written and published many articles, catalogues and books on (Dutch) theater, art and artists and he has shown an interest in intercultural and interdisciplinary practices.
