The precise placing of Margriets works of art within their chosen surroundings gets beautifully illustrated by the burial chapel of Guy of Avesnes. It’s a solid black marble obstacle, to which Margriet adds a small work of art from her latest series ‘Ludamus’, let’s play, with flower girls, which is a first in her pictures.
